Nope.
I thought it was something to repel them, but they just don't care at all.

I found one website that said it would keep enemies away but in fact, I tried the cannibals, the mutants, the creepies, the demons, even the demon boss, none of the seemed to care about the stadium light crosses, not during the day, not at night. Had my (1 tiny house) base entirely en-circled with those crossses.

That's what she never said.

Those crosses are blindingly bright and yet have a little in the way of distance. They need to be able to light a large distance around them instead of like two or three feet and then it's pitch black. That would give them some utility.
