What do the cooking buffs do?

Am I missing some way to view your stats or the effects of buffs in-game? What do the cooking buffs do?

For example, the Greg recipe provides three buffs: a hammer, a muscle with +, and an eye. What do these actually do?

Muscle + may be either a temp boost to strength or doing stuff with that effect makes your strength level up faster? I've been trying to do some searching for this info. I'll circle back if I find more.

I kept this open on another display but now just stick to Greg and Chicken Noodle Soup (but not at the same time, one will remove the buff from the other)
Looks like: Stamina; Sleep; Health; Warmth; Comfort; Strength; Chopping (or attack?) Speed; and is that last one movement speed?

Thanks dude! What does the eye signify in the game? Night vision? Less likely for cannibals to see you as different?

I haven't noticed much of an effect from Greg on that one, perhaps movement speed?

Hey, if you're putting in constructive feedback/input to convos and helping players out with their questions or things they're stuck on - those hours aren't lost entirely. We're gaining from them here too :)
