How do you make a stone wall door frame?

To my knowledge you can't cut out the stones, so I think the closest you can get is stone base (floor), Stone pillars, and stone cross piece (ceiling/upper floor), and the logs inside that framing with the door cut out.

This was the best transition I could get for a door. In theory we'd either need to ghost out the doorway in advance and place rocks specific to that, or a new tool to chisel out the holes. Can't use an axe on stone if you want to keep that axe long. We'll see what they can come up with from here.
