Report a translation problem
The only place where you might not find them are beaches and such. Eg the beach at the rebreather cave doesn't have any at all it seems and for stones at the pistol beach you would need to walk up the right river stream to find some.
There are plenty around ponds and lakes.
Exactly ! Especially when you intend to play the hardest mode after patch 06: it totally negates the fact that there are less food and animals elsewhere: just send Kelvin on a fish mission, it will never rot, and you end the game fat...
I think this will be tuned later. Kelvin is very useful for easy/normal modes, but too helpful if really you want more immersion...
Everyone has the option to keep or dispose of Kelvin if they wish.
Then just build him a house and let him chill. You don't have to use him or keep him if you think it breaks immersion.
But I'm straying from the topic of the OP so that's my final thoughts on the matter.
