photo mode
small suggestion for the developers, it will be good to integrate a photo mode without the player interface visible, for screenshots, a very simple mode by pressing esc, menu, photo mode, otherwise nothing to complain about it is this game is so good, a bit like "empyrion galactic survival"

showhud on/off

use dev console with those commands and you'll find an existing implementation of what you ask for

yes, it would be a lot easier to take those research photos of Virginia if we could have that.

This would be the way, I thought the game had these as toggles, but its just some of the things like minimap, and so there's still some HUD showing it appears unless you console hide it. This is a good thing to ask for and glad Chris had an answer for it as more screenshots shared helps boost engagement.
