I know Endnight doesn’t yet realize this but shortly after they patch cold damage into the game all of humanity will achieve enlightenment. There will be no more war , or hunger and atmospheric co2 levels will rapidly begin to decline.
And that is just the tip of the iceberg. You better do the right thing devs.
Get that cold damage in the game before it’s too late.
I started making the big one and will keeping making how many I want on different topics. This is specific Cold damage it clear. I wrote on your post to.. I will not only write on your post or my first one, why should I ?
i dunno receiving more damage if hungry and/or thirsty would mean one is eating all the time - i dont think that this is a survival game mechanic
getting hungry and thirsty faster might keep the frustation level high

Cold damage seems a bit to harsh imho i personally would stick at my base in winter wich means i dont do much progress taking direct damage seems too punishing
taking sort of body damage might work - like loosing a toe by freezing which might reduce the overall healthpool a little or so
talking about cold damage throws me back to Final Fantasy
4
having a chance to get infected appears to be logic to me (like TF did)
5
poison damage might be a thing in the future, we can allready collect those berrys
6
water can be cooked but i suggest filtering it might be better
but currently there is no need for that imho there are better sources around
lets see in which direction the game developes
This is basically discarding his views. For example: What are your thoughts on cooking vs filtering water? - You're basically saying "All people who don't share my views are not worth talking to.. go play easy as I'm the realest survival guy that ever survived reality."
Also, this is looking at it from the standpoint that when they said they added a "hard survival mode" that the hard survival mode and all hard survival updates are done. So to cope with this, you're indicating a "hard hard survival" mode yet needs to be implemented.
I'm happy to engage on multiple threads about a variety of aspects of this game, several of which are survival related, but the above is a bit disrespectful to someone who took the time to provide some genuine feedback for this discussion.
