i hope this is true. Would be good for Moose to not be completely passive. However, was it unprovoked? Did said moose just randomly attack you?

i was busy with cannibals and ferals and the bloody moose just attacked me for no reason at all. Twice.

that may not be a good thing, in that moose in the game need to behave more like irl and not be completely passive, but they won't go out of their way to get you for no reason. as far as i know, of course, i haven't been around a real moose.

Notice that the underlying reality in the following vids is Moose and human spaces are overlapping more, creating a lot of casual interaction and exposure to each other.

During your fight with the cannibals, you might've just gotten too close to a moose, and/or it may have acted on the fact that a fight was happening.

I was with gf it attacked me twice and her also twice reasons none but the runway is a very dangerous area even without moose.

Moose attack during rut season, late September through October. The Moose behavior is the same during those months in another game I play. It's good to see the game is following some realism.

Just remember not to bend over near a Moose during rut season, Moose have very poor eyesight. 😳
