Unable to get to the end of the last cave ***SPOILERSSSSS***

I've beaten the game once already but went back to kill the new boss. Now that he's dead I am unable to go forward anymore and have to backtrack the entire way out of the cave because the game won't let me through the gap at the end that leads to the cube.

Is this on purpose or an oversight?

Yeah, there's another way to go in there now. It's in the patchnotes.

Yes but our problem is we opened the last bunker before the update so we just went in. Now we can't leave

can you guys have a solution ? I make the end boss and want to remake whit my friend in the same save in MP but i cant ... he dont respawn .. any solution ?

Same here.
The bug happens also when reloading from a save game before beating boss for the first time.
This is annoying :-S

Same, can't get through the last gap. I reloaded the last save as well and beat the boss again, still bugged

Fyi, I restarted from a save just before entering the final bunker and that did it

I saved on the beach just before entering the last bunker and replayed the long walk through lava saw my friend fighting with someone , placed my arm on the copper door everything worked . Saw the city etc and ended up at the helicopter.
So playing from the last bunker enterence works fine.
You need the golden armor equipped.

Same... Can't go through the gap, I even saved then quit the game and steam and log in again and the boss was back -_- So I killed it AGAIN but still can't go trhough the gap. It's really frustrating and annoying... I hope it will be fixed !

Was this ever fixed? I'm sitting in front of the gap and it's full of rocks wondering if I missed something.

I’m also having issues triggering any sort of ending. Killed the demon boss and went through a crack in the wall. On the other side was a bunch of loot (explosives, ammo, meds) next to corpses but it was a dead end and couldn’t advance any more. It’s my first play through so I looked it up because it felt wrong that there was no exit up ahead or anything else, and apparently there was suppose to be some cutscene. Am I doing something wrong or is the same bug affecting me. This is also multiplayer and I was the only person to run through this cave so maybe that’s the problem?
