yeah you can. I thought we could do that in this game but nope... you only find it.
The focus I'm trying to make here is that, yes, while creepy armor is more resilient it is not always practical to harvest based on A) the amount needed for complete coverage, especially among multiplayer groups and B) the location in which the mutants to be harvested are found. The focus here being that among the armor types, being in order for leaf> hide> bone> creepy, bone armor would natrually lead from mid to early-late game in which creepy takes over as the natural choice. Limitation of the required resources (duct tape and rope) basically destroys this dichotomy since rope is only (so far) found in the world or (now non-respawning) boxes, compared to duct tape that may still be found in skin pouches.
Yep, in the first game. However, like another guy said, cloth doesn't respawn either. I think maybe you can get cloth from skin pouches but I don't think rope can be obtained that way either.
No more rope/cloth breaks my game.
Did all your ziplines disappear?
Everything except enemies in caves and bosses respawns in The Forest.
The problem with the crates not respawning items is you now need to go to a few specific places - items scattered around still respawn.
However, re-visiting villages and camps that only have cases is now pointless. The map has basically shrunk.
Bunkers and caves are still good loot points and the devs even supply save and reload points at most of these places.
Fill yer boots before moving on. The devs want you to be bored and not explore the map (sarcasm).
