Where to find Armsy?

So I know that the Armsy was added into the game, however I havent found one anywhere. I've gone through all the caves and seem none. My friend and I ran around the island on a killing spree hoping it would cause spawns to "refresh" or something. However still haven't found one, are they like super rare or is there a specific trigger to spawn them? We are on day 29 and beat the final boss.

Random spawn after beating the bosses and deciding to stay on the island. No idea about the spawn rate or pattern in general at all.

I only saw it on the beach once, but in front of my base on a regular basis instead.
It attacks my base pretty often. Meanwhile, together with the others.

Any idea what day it was when you spotted them first? Have you gone on a killing spree killing things? I think one of the recent updates actually made it so the more you kill the less attacks on your base you get.

Just a random spawn of the rare base mutant attacks, Here's hoping they decide to make him a cave/pre-endgame spawn, God forbid we fight anything other than twins and fingers in caves

Tell me about it, the new mutants I feel got ruined cause we fight so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ many of them. Unlike the original the used the mutants pretty sparingly and you only saw a crap ton in the sinkhole and after surviving alot when they started to raid your base.
