Dedicated Server and Kelvin
Hey, i wanted to get me and some friends a dedicated server, can we control kelvin ?
We cant play together all the time, so i wondered who can control him or do we have a kelvin on the server at all?

Anyone on a server can give Kelvin orders at any time and he'll do that order until he feasibly can't do it anymore or (it seems) gets bored (probably a % chance every so-often for him to decide he doesn't want to do that job anymore) and he'll follow the last player that gave him a command, or pick a player at random to try and follow, until given a new command.
