When do turtle lay eggs???

I need turtle eggs to complete all achievement. Only foodie left. Someone said spring someone said summer, when? last time I check the turtle in summer, they only swim slowly in the ocean but not laying eggs.

Today i played a bit again, to see if i can finaly add the stairs how i wanted them to be from the beginning. And i took a few travels to the beach in long spring.
In the beginning a month ago i actually had quite a lot of eggs, but now, nothing. Could be a bug, could be a "fix". Could be just my savefile.

"Where to Find Turtle Eggs. Turtle Eggs can be found on the beach where you get the pistol during spring. If it is the very start of the season, you will have to wait for the turtles to lay their eggs on the beach."

So it seems they only lay eggs on the beginning of spring?

No, I made the Herbal medicine while I was waiting for turtle to lay eggs, now only eggs left. But I did not even see a turtle, i used to see them in the pistol beach but where are they...

I'm more concerned about flying fish in rivers. Tried to catch some food but it's pure cosmetic... pff

In the water. As i said i made a few trips to the beach in spring, for turtle shells, And there i only found turtles in the Water, swimming sideways. I thought this was eventually because it was not the right season for them or something.
I don't know if they changed the beach, or the pathfinding of the turtles are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.

It was a pain in the ass to get turtle-shell from Turtles in water. I just found out later that the small turtles on ponds also give a shell, i have to try thi. Even though this makes no sense.

At least that is what i read online. Don't know if it's true, hadn't had the chance to test it.

And Turtles just spawn in, like any other Animal or NPC in this game. So it is not corolated to the Eggs. Like, when you smash all eggs, no turtles more. That will not happen.
Everytime i go to the shore, between the Pistol and Beach, i see them Spawn in.

Two achievements you could not possibly have. "Maker" because they haven't added everything to printer and "Collector" which is broke because they haven't patched a fix for it yet.
