So make sure they get as long and as much sunlight as possible
Also consider you didn't place enough panels so far.
Check the percentage shown on the solar displays. If it is low, there's not enough power supply for everything.
It looks like yours panels aren't connected to batteries yet as well. which lowers their efficiency.
Make sure those panels are connected to each other and that they are wearing batteries.
Use alternate routes for the wires. Sometimes it's a bit buggy and those cables lack on contact.
Are they? Mine get 100w all the time bar sundown.
I spent the dusk on my roof, and Wattage went down according the sun setting and went up during sunrise.
But as soon as you plug batteries on them they remain at 💯
Same goes for the golf car.
I meant more actual sunlight, rather than times of day. As far as I can tell, placement makes no difference, only times of day. But tbh they always go on top of my builds so perhaps I wouldn't notice.
