Weird graphical glitch. GPU artifacts?

Hey! I started to experience this weird graphical glitch. Sometimes, portions of the screen are occupied by a gray artifact of sorts. I've recorded a video https://streamable.com/iw29l3 so you can see.
My specs:
i5-12400f
3060 Ti
16 GB DDR4 3600mhz 18cl
No overclocking/undervolting of any sorts. I only have a custom fan curve set in Afterburner.
All settings on Ultra.
As you can see, it's not overheating, not even close. Normally my FPS is in the range given by the FPS calculator, maybe even above. Fullscreen/borderless, VSYNC on/off, antialiasing on/off makes no difference. Hardware accelerated GPU scheduler on/off makes no difference too. Updated GPU drivers, nothing. This type of glitch doesn't occur in other games. It only started occuring some time ago, up until that point all was normal. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have the same GPU as you and I've never encountered that in my time playing SOTF. I would of said it looks like your GPU is on its way out but if it only occurs in SOTF then that put my guess in doubt. I would verify your game files and put your GPU through one of the many stress tests out there to see if passes with or with out artefacts.

My GPU is 3 months old. I did Superposition 3 times without any artifacts or hiccups. Other games run as good as ever. Whereas here, the artifacting can appear within 1 minute of booting the game, even before temperature reaches 60 degrees. Changing the settings to minimum doesn't solve the issue either.

Pausing the game on the exact frame that the problem occurs is even weirder. It will loop that faulty frame, redrawing the artifact for as long as the game is paused, with a blinking effect. The problem isn't affecting the pause menu on the bottom. I would have assumed that if it's a GPU artifact, it would affect that too. Oh, and BTW the game files are all verified correctly.

I am getting it now as well.

RTX 4090 is only @ 45C so it can not be that.
Tried using the sync feature and still the same.

Yeh.

I just checked the install and there is a bad file.
That's the 4th time that's happened on 2 different NVMEs

All files are valid in my case. Even though I have the game installed on a very old SATA SSD. I don't think this is a GPU damage issue. My GPU has never gotten hotter than 75 degrees even though it's a bottom of the barrel one with whiny fans

It's not the gpu.

Same problem.
(And despite all the cooling, I still create a space heater in my room)
Seems like a bug introduced with latest update. Never had it before.
Let's hope there will be some optimization, soon! :)

I moved the game again and it was ok.

3 starts later the flashing is back :(

Ah THAT. Yeah, I'm afraid many people got this error. A friend of mine who is running the game on a super old PC, in-game graphic settings therefore all at super low, doesn't have this flickering.

However, 100% certainty this flickering screen issue wasn't there before the last patch. I immediately noticed this right after downloading the patch and firing up my first session after that.

Well, let's hope that gets fixed in todays patch. As unlikely as that may seem.
