Weird Blur effect??
I'm not sure if it's motion blur or not, but moving objects leave an awful trail behind, especially small animals like birds and squirrels, they look like little comets flying on my screen... Is there any way to remove this effect, or at the very least, does anyone know what this is called?

Ahh those.. It is when your card at your limit and it trying to follow that rendering when thing move. I used to have old card and playing game that look like PS2 large open world game. It was wolf survival game or something and I have that effect too. You can try lower graphic and stuff but this game FPS wont change much for me so I always play on high.

I been trying to find answer since that wolf game which like more than 4 years ago but I give up. I dont know where and who to ask or no one answer what it is

Can't be that. I've seen videos from people with monster machines with the same weird ghosting trails.
Try without DLSS and see if it helps. This also happens with Unreal Engine and other games using custom engines like Call of the Wild. Mainly caused by DLSS.

i get more of this blur with anti-aliasing On

and an extra blur on my weapon when Screen space reflections is On and looking at the water. must be the reflection of the weapon on the water

i disabled chromatic aberration and perceived it lessening the overall blur but that might just be placebo or just the pc's fault

I know exactly what you mean OP and I'm not sure what it is. I assumed it was my not so great monitor but doubt it.

i saw youtube video recommending putting gpu driver settings for game in 'low latency mode' and that also might have effect on the general blur of everything. If the gpu is choking like u say

I had that with a different game before not sure if it's worth mentioning but for me it was because of a old graphics card (gtx 980ti that doesn't support hdmi 2.1) connected to a 4K hdmi 2.1 TV with a older cable hdmi 2.0.

My setup is different now but if you have a similar setup as mentioned above that might be the issue. The solution for me was buy a updated graphics card that supports hdmi 2.1 and a hdmi 2.1 cable.

This is 100% DLSS. Disabling it doesnt actually fully disable it (in this game). you can see the DLL file still being accessed in real time. This game is just not fully optimized.

Exactly right. Turn off DLSS if you don't want the blurs.
