Demons?

Hello, i dont have the game so i dont know the full lore but i saw in youtube some documents and gameplays and one of these documents said ``demons burn with crossess´´ and when you point the cross (idk the name of that thing) some enemies burn, they are real demons? the hell is real in this game? can someone explain?

There's a specific enemy type at the end of the game that are called demons. Are they meant to be your "typical demons"? Probably not. The lore/story might suggest otherwise.
But so far, there's only speculation.

There's no definite answer on this (yet).
One speculation is, that the cross is from the same metal that's newly discovered on tis island. And this metal is coming from another dimension, as are these demons, hence why the golden armor (out of the same metal) keeps you pretty safe against these demons and the cross will burn them.
But again, that's just a big speculation.

ye i know get spoiled before playing is bad, but i was so hyped and this game released in a bad moment, soo well. now is too late
