In case you mean the console to spawn in items, download a modder. Like WeMod. From there, it is pretty straight forward.

This is for multi-player only! Single Player will never see it, I guess. Host a game and have the ability to kick others out, if you desire to do so. Hope that helps!

in game just type "cheatstick" and then press f1... you're welcome.
also at main menu press arrowup, arrowup, arrowdown, arrowdown, b, a and the music will change- Im old so I know what the code is, not going to lecture you about it's history :)

Admin Panel is available only for HOST in MULTIPLAYER mode.

HOW TO: Press ESC, then in the bottom menu u must click on "PLAYERS", then u're able to KICK someone.

this has nothing to do with the admin panel that came in yesterday. kicking players was also possible before. It's a great update again, they patch the admin panel in but nobody knows how it works (and yes, I know that it only works as a host)
