building uneven ground
I'm trying to make my pillars level with each other on uneven ground and i'm not sure how to make them line up with each other. I thought maybe I could split logs to make up the gaps between two foundation pillars but that doesn't seem to work. Tried searching forum for building on uneven ground and nothing came up.
Any tips or vid links on what to do? Assuming this can be accomplished

Try to look at a pillar top, if you see a white arrow pointing diagonally to the ground place a log. Than at that log end just place another pillar.

Place a log upright then one at a diagonal then one lifting the diagonal and it auto levels. look for the curved arrow going up and auto levels the log.

It auto levels within reason but sometimes not as much as you need.

Don't put down all your pillar first, place one 1/4 at the highest point, then put cross log and use the floating arrow or lift-up arrow to add cross beam, it will level your foundation and the ground under and, you'll save a crap load of log that way too.

Okay, thanks a lot guys. Appreciate the responses

I ended up just trimming the tops of the logs to make them match each other's heights and thankfully, the game intuitively makes them even with each other, like I was hoping.

I was trying to stack logs on top of the logs to make them even with each other originally
