strength
Does anyone know how to increase the strength infinitely?
Frankly, I'd like to raise my fitness numbers more.

Hit the gym 2-3 times a week, morning jog can do miracles, get yourself 6-8 hours of sleep every night and give up the junk food, that should do it.

If you’re talking about the game - chop down trees or run around carrying logs :)

Equip a stick or a bone and keep swinging it like a weapon. It's a very quick way to boost your strength.

Not sure on the max limit, but i'm on about 14 right now.

Swing weapons and pick up logs. That's it. All it does is increase your health. In a game where armor is way more helpful than more HP its basically useless. Cap is 50 btw.

@ op there are only two ways to level strength:

1. Pickup logs. Only picking them up does level strength. Carrying them does nothing.
2. swing any melee weapon, the faster and less stamina it takes to swing the better. I recoomend a bone or the knife.

Carrying logs absolutely raises strength, I've tried this by moving my base from one location to other by just carrying logs and planks and it went up. Slowly for sure, but went up anyways.

Dude you really don´t get it, don´t you? You only get strenght from picking up the logs which you oc did a lot but not from walking and carrying them.

Test it yourself. Grab a log and walk for 10 minutes and you´ll see that you won´t get strength.

From what I hear, swinging isn't enough. You gotta be hitting something and the two dead whales on the beach seen to work for that.
