Missing outfits
every time i pick up new clothes they don't go into my inventory they just disappear

Just save, exit out f the game completely and log back in. Usually fixes the problem. ( could even go as far as rebooting your machine )
Hope this helps. Worked for me with a similar issue

Not all clothing items will appear as some are for Virginia. Interact with Virginia to see items you've picked up for her.
