cant repair treehouse roof

our treehouse roof got destroyed but when we tried to rebuild it we could replace the tilted parts of the triangle roof. We also tried removing the whole roof but we still couldnt rebuild the certain tilted part

Yeah ive had this too. First, go around with repair hammer and hit EVERYTHING. If that doesnt work try pulling up the floor to thge ground underneath the roof supports. Also, use either half or 3/4th logs to use as support beams A frame style. Last night I had the same issue on my massive ski lodge roof. I had to rebuild 3 times thje last two sections for various reasons and it took 20 tries because literally every try the logs behaved different until for no reason they just snapped together right allowing me to take out the supports.

just build a new one, it's so absolutely horribly done that you can't just repair it like you're building a new house
