fill flask with clean water

can you either boil the water directly in the flask or fill it from a cooking pot without drinking some on accident?

You can fill an empty flask from a full pot of clean water that is on the fire. You just have the flask equipped in your hand and hold down whichever button has the flask symbol on it.

Unless it's been changed, you should be able to fill your flask with stew as well. Kinda nice carrying some spare Greg around.
