Are there any minimum system requirements for hosting the dedicated server (RAM, CPU, etc.)? Just curious on what to allocate resource wise for best stability.
I've started and joined the server and been simply bumping resources until it stopped. The SOTF-server process was running with ~30% CPU (Xeon E5-2673 v4) with 4 vCPUs and 6.1 GB RAM.
So I guess the minimum RAM requirements would be 8 GB for the entire system - just barely for the SOTF server.

That depends on your setup/system and on which interfaces/IPs you want have it listen on. If you have multiple interfaces/IPs, you might want to specify a specific IP. If listening on all interfaces is fine, leave it as it is.
just like the "TheForest" Docker-based gameserver i managed to get it done today.
