How to select special cooking recipe?

I am trying to cook one of the special recipes in the cooking pot. I have all the ingredients. I want to cook up the recipe "Kitchen Sink".

I can see all the cooking recipes. When I put a clean cookpot full of water on the fire, I get a "Combine Recipe" Gear that I can mouse over to get a "pop up" menu of available recipes. My problem is that I can't scroll or select a specific recipe beyond the first item in the list. My inventory is pretty full, so I have the ingredients to make most of these recipes, I just cant make anything beyond the first item in the list.

Lets make this easy. This used to work, I have "brewed" many of the cooking recipes on the list before. Perhaps this broke in the latest update? Can someone please verify they can still make the "Kitchen Sink" recipe? Preparing for the Demon Boss encounter.

odd, all mine just show up. If you have all items needed it should be higher on list. You do have to add all manually at least mine does.
