Report a translation problem
As for the arm not restoring much hunger, that is because you ate it raw. Eating any raw food does that. Toss it in a fire until it turns a nice red color then eat it and it will restore a lot more.
On a similar note, I had a bug where I was holding four half logs and tried to skin a creepy mutant. I dropped two and was stuck looking in one direction, couldn't drop any more. Walking into water made me drop the rest, and then I got teleported back to the mutant to proceed with the skinning animation.
Anyways, as for how little it restores your hunger meter, I'd imagine that's meant to incentivize cooking the meat instead of eating it raw.
