Yes, it is worth. It might be difficult for you to clear caves, but after gathering and crafting gear it get's a little easier.

skill issue but you managed to survive 25 nights so it can't be that bad

The single player mode needs to be more immersive but I’d wait a couple months before buying the game

Single player is much more difficult and much more intense and much more fun

100+ days played. Its a fun game and worth buying even though it's still early access but it needs lots of work. Don't expect much from the story. It's a 5 min read for the entire game and really lacking. Right now main draw of the game is building bases and not much else.

I play it solo and enjoy it and besides you have kelvin. Have to cheese some of the enemy raids and stuff right now without more traps but I am having a good time

If you're stealthy in caves its not so bad, especially if you hit them early. You'll see why when you explore inside them. Anyways this game is hella fun give it a shot.

If you spend more than 10 Days base building prepare for a completely different game going into your first cave. You will get wrecked. Game is no where near balanced with little to no story. If you played the first game the story in this is like a footnote in addition to it currently. Needs a alot more work fleshing it out.
