Alligators/semi tameable animals
When I think of wild life that should be in sons of the forest what instantly pops up is Grizzly bears, black bears, wolves, cougars, coyotes, elk, beavers, seals, chickens, bob cats and foxes. Since the island is seemingly based off North American wilderness. Though I have read in the suggestions that a lot of people actually want crocodile's/alligators in the game. Honestly I agree they had big kamodo dragon like lizards in the last game it would totally be fair to add crocodiles and swamps. Even if the game wants to be realistic, it’s a game based on mutants and some entity known as the ancient ones so wouldn’t be too crazy to add a crocodile. Also unique personality and aggression to each animal as in real life. For example bears should come out in spring/hibernate and be found in caves in the winter.Wolves should really only be spotted on the mountain biome and all around the map during winter and perhaps a rare wolf can be spotted a day before winter. Sons of the forest should take inspiration from red dead redemption 2’s style of hunting. For example a legendary variety of certain animals that is really rare and harder to hunt. A blood trail that an animal leaves behind when injured. Baits, fishing rod and a hunting rifle. Overall thoughts is that sons of the forest should have predatory land animals. They should at least add a grizzly bear, wolf and cougar to the game. Maybe even a more aggressive mutant variety of those animals. Respond to this with more suggestions and feedback on the wildlife within sons of the forest!🔥 Development team is doing excellent right now!💯

Small thing but cannibals should be able to interact with animals sometimes especially if they add predators

I could go with alligators, especially if we can train them to protect us against mutants.

If the game only just added 1 grizzly bear I would be happy

The previous game had alligators so it wouldn't be too much of a stretch for them to add them

The developers don't want the games setting to be overwhelmed by threats other than the cannibals so I'm going to assume that they won't add a lot of predator animals if at all. I could see alligators possibly being added as they were in the first game. Smaller animals like venomous snakes would be cool, boars could be added back as a source of danger. I think they should also work on how the Moose in the game behaves. They are huge animals and can be aggressive if you invade their personal space.

Not too many just a few ideas though at least add wolves that are only in the winter or on the mountain, bears that hibernate in the winter and come out during the spring and cougars.

It would be cool to be able to tame animals, bring them to base, breed them, and farm them for items that are used in rare crafting recipes. Love the idea but it would need to be balanced in a way that a chicken or lizard would be much easier to tame than a moose/alligator. This could be a really fun system.

Certain animals shouldn’t be tameable and certain animals tameable to a certain point, like wolves tameable but you have to feed them or else they run away and everytime you approach a alligator you have to feed it or else it will attack you. Alligators shouldn’t be very much tameable but there should be factors of friendliness to them. You shouldn’t be able to have a pet crocodile but if you feed them they won’t attack you and if a cannibal is near them they will attack the cannibal, if you try petting them or stay around them too close for too long they will attack you. Alligators aren’t aggressive but they are very predatory and territorial. So if you feed them, be cautious and give them their space, you may be safe but I don’t know about taming them fully. Also you should only be able to tame a certain amount of animals.

Moose should definitely be more aggressive and powerful. They weigh up to 1400 pounds and are aggressive in real life. What would be really cool is if they could get the moose’s calls and sound effects realistically correct. Same with the other animals

Agreed, the moose should be powerful and aggressive compared to its current version. That would be amazing! Perhaps lower the amount in the world map to make it a rare encounter.

I would agree same with every other bigger more powerful animal on the list
