Trying to acquire aloe seeds.

Been playing for a few hours trying to get aloe seeds so i can grow it in my base, i have filled my inventory 6 times with aloe and not a single seed drop. anyone else getting this?

this also affects my other seeds like Yarrow and Horsetail. i can pick hundreds and only get 3 seeds, and i have to empty my inventory of them at each 20 picked cause you cant get seeds if your full of the item that the seeds drop with.
