For every 10(ish) levels of 'strength' you get, you get a new 'segment' of health.
Apart from that, unsure if strength serves any other purpose right now, it would be nice if it also boosted damage dealt with melee weapons or even running speed, maybe in time it might.
For now though, yes, you do get a small health upgrade.
Honestly it just.. happens..
Like, running around with logs, chopping down trees, combat I am unsure about, if it does increase through that, then its way less than chopping.
I dont feel its necesary... sugar/caffeine seems to be for that...
If anything maybe a sighly higher rate of recharge for it... but I dont think the pool needs to get higher, is the only real thing that stops you from spamming attacks or sprinting.
