Pistol not reloading

Whenever my pistol runs out of ammo I cannot reload it at all. I have 30 9mm cartridges but the gun just won't reload and I'm not sure what to do

Same issue. Can reload the other weapons with R but the pistol won't reload.

Working now but only after firing the shotgun
