Stabilization for RX 580 (8 GB)

I just want to start off by saying that I HEAVILY enjoy this game more than the first one. It adds things that the first game didn't have. However, the frame rates and stuttering are really bad and no matter what I do I can't get above 50 frames. Can anyone give any tips or see if the developers can add some stabilization so that I can play this more smoothly?

And DLSS only work on NVidia RTX cards, but FSR will work on any hardware, so you can try FSR to se if you have a better experience

You can define dinamic resolution to FSR 1.0

And maybe try to run the game on a windows instalation, the game isnt otimized for linux

I already have a Windows system. I should also add that no matter what quality preset I set it to, I barely get any performance improvements. Even on ULTRA LOW I'm getting nothing close to smooth gameplay.

To be fair, I guess it's "tolerable", I'm just saying what happens no matter what I'm setting the quality to.
