Me, without a second thought or a moment's hesitation.
Stevens Guide Gun, .444 Marlin, with Red Dot scope. Pinpoint accurate to 175 yards.
I take it deer hunting every year. Got right around 130 pounds of meat in the deep well right now and snacking on a trail bologna right now, along with some little cubes of smoked gouda. Year after next, taking it to Colorado for a bison. Now that's good eatin'!
I can't even find the letters ADS used together in it all, just an all-caps rant and you wanted to know who puts a red dot on top of their firearm. I answered your question, with evidence.
Of course, a Red Dot isn't a light, it's just a red dot. It's not even a laser, it's all contained within the optics, which makes it legal for hunting, as use of laser optics are not, because people will do dumb things, like shine them in other peoples' eyes.
Hunters aren't going to put flashlights on hunting rifles, because they need to stay hidden. Likewise, combat snipers aren't going to put lights on their weapons either, for the same reasons.
Flashlights should be worn, like Kelvin does, or carried the off-hand when using a pistol, or even a pistol-grip, factory-designed end-around the restrictions on short-barreled shotguns, by manufacturing them without a buttstock, only a ball-grip, thus slipping through a narrow loophole of legal regulations.
Also flashlights aren't used by hunters because it's ILLEGAL, not for any other reason. Would be nonsensical for anything except spotlighting/jacklighting anyways, since night hunting is restricted.
Did you shoot half of your brain out with that by any chance? Would explain a lot.
Add in hunting rifle scopes to explore and unlock for the hunting rifle so you can use it as a hunting shotgun with slugs, or a scope attachment for the crossbow.
You do have to find a way to put the crossbow attachments somewhere else though, maybe it can only take a scope attachment and nothing else.
I'd like it if you can modify the sling shot to give it more use, right now it's kinda useless and don't have any specialties for it's use, as you don't care much about eating food when there's so much plentiful sources (I can gather herbs and eat one for a 10% thirst and hunger refill, and hold up to 20 each).
I think some food should be strictly health regeneration focused than thirst/hunger though, and maybe some items are stamina regeneration boosting like caffeinated stuff.
