SPOILER Need help with glitch during ending

I have Kelvin and Virginia right next to the endcave facility entrance but somehow i cannot seem to get the ending where all 3 of us escape after many tries, can somebody help or explain?

What do you mean by all 3 of you escape? The achievement "Keep your friends close"?

Yes this achievement

you need to MAX your standing with her. apparently you havent yet. kelvin will always get spawned in aslong as he is alive.

her follwing you doesnt mean max standing.

I got the achievement before I maxed my affection with her. You can see the dates on my achievements on my profile, I got "chivalry is not dead" after "keep your friends close"

I have the same issue, but Kelvin is the problem, He doesn't appear in the Cutscene and if i take the helicopter, I will leave him on the isle.
