FLashlight on vest??

would be helpful to have the flashlight on ur vest especially outside ,it kinda sucks u cant hold the gps at night,u have to hold the flashlight or the gps ,it makes me hard to see at night and u cant really see where u need go

Without having to swap, you can use a weapon which takes the flashlight attachment, or just hold a torch. Neither of these options work very well.
I've heard that tech armor includes an integrated flashlight but I haven't tried it yet.

On the vest or a tactical helmet would be nice. Maybe a set of night vision goggles or a night vision tactical helmet for stealth ops. When wearing it Kelvin could have an IR strip on his vest so you know it's him.

Then you could also have an IR light dispenser or tape and make a trail or mark key points that are only highlighted to you.
