Sluggy Mutant
The slug looking mutant can still boot you after you have killed it, by just walking into it. Not sure if a bug, or a special feature ;)

Since they are always stuck in some kind of "doorway", i didn't even know if they can hurt me at all. (Don't know yet if they can appear outside caves).
But they explode, so it might be some kind of splash damage.

yeah this was outside a cave, they attacked our base in multiplayer, and it warped through the defensive wall. After we killed it, if you walked near it, it would still boot your player to the ground ahah

Are you talking about the big slug that blocks entrances in the caves that you have to blow up? Or the conjoined twins, aka slinky, aka worm that attacks bases?
