Character stuck after interacting with objects while hosting!

When going to interact with something, whether it be a shelf, drying rack, or putting something on a fire, my character gets stuck and I can't move my cursor. Weird thing is I can get out different weapons with hotkeys and swing those weapons but still can't move my character. The only fix I have found is to either leave the server or to have a buddy down me and pick me up which results in lost armor and low health. Please fix!

i have this on singleplayer - no idea what caused it, no idea how to fix it
