Thought I would’ve been able to find some information on them, I was worried there was some new variant of mutant prowling the oceans around the island 😂
Now, keep in mind where you are. We've got Meat-Slinkies roaming the island. We've got a Hexa-hottie roaming around. Who knows what manner of mutant sea-life might be swimming around out there too. After all, something's got to be eating all the cannibals and meat-slinkies that fall in, and I can't imagine eating mutants could be all that good for anyone. Just look at what GMO-foods are doing to people.
its the same as the shark in the cave from the trailer : its a visual display to show the player there is an exit to the open ocean. the shark wont attack you or react to you even if you jump in front of it and then it just disappears aswell. purely immersion.
