You do know that NPC is short for Non-Player Character, that is, a character that no player controls?
If you mean, how do you get her to not be afraid of you, or hang out with you? Don't be a **** to her. No, really, I mean it. That's all there is to it. Don't be a **** to her, don't throw things at her, don't beat on her, don't set her on fire, don't chase after her if she runs. A couple days pass, and she'll come bring you Aloe or something else nice, and hang around your camp, at least, until she finds something else to do because you keep gawking at her and make her self-conscious.
