How to remove pistol attachments?

Anyone know how to remove the pistol attachments? Is this a feature? I added the laser sight to my pistol and now it's pretty much impossible to aim (laser only goes out like 10 feet for hipshotting and aiming down the sights now obscures the target). I would love to remove the laser lol, huge mistake. Should've just saved right beforehand but I kept playing, too far ahead now to want to rewind that much.

Just take the pistol and put it in the combine area. Then just click on the cog wheel to take off all the parts. After that just remove the laser and reassemble.
