stuck in shovel cave
Can someone tell me how i can get out of this cave. i don't have any grenade on me and i don't have material to craft c4. Can someone help me?

After you've collected the shovel, go back through the first swimming part, look on the right side underwater, there is a little gap that leads to a pocket with a dead body, cash and a suitcase with a grenade and C4.

Oh by the way, when in that part with a dead body, you don't have to go back through the water, you can just jump across all those stalagmites and entirely skip the big room full of mutants.

The thing is I found that out by freak accident, since I love exploring alot in games like this one...I was like, okay, this will be useful to someone one day...
