How do you make a gate in your spike wall?

u cant, u need to make a normal door and than work around that,guess they will update that whenever the new update drops

This and lockable doors would have been something they could have added into a sequel. As well as stone walls and buildings. I really wonder what they have been working on all the time, its just like the in The Forest with an even less useful and extremely slow building system.

You can wall it in complete and get in and out with the rope gun

if you do this just be aware kelvin wont be able to get in or out of your base

Propably the simplest solution yet is to build the wall completely and remove 2 logs to get inside (Kelvin and Virginia can also enter then). If you are in just put the logs back.

Yep this is what I been doing, 2 log ent, bring everyone in at night and pop the logs back in
