HOW TO PULL KEVIN UP?

My Kevin's hit by the log i randomly threw, and he is now knee on ground for a day and night. Heard others said you can press e to raise him but there was no sign for interaction. Is this a bug?

May be a bug. Or your positioning. The prompt does not always show up from every angle.
Try restarting the game first.
If it never shows up, try standing next to him and hold E for two seconds. Sometimes the prompts don't show up but still work.

Maybe even entering and leaving a cave might help.
