How do I get them to stop attacking?

The game started well enough and it was quite for a few days. Then they stated showing up. It was fine but it got worse. Not it is at the point were they are just constantly coming. Just when I get rid of the last group, the next one attacks and the next and so on.

The followers are all but useless as all they do is point and run away.

when that happens i leave and find a cave to explore, i come back and they stop for a bit, once they show up again its time to leave again

Went to a cave but seemed to get harder. Maybe I will try again.

Strange thing I noticed but on single player its daily cannibals show up at my camp but on my multiplayer save with my wife our camp almost never gets raided. I truly think this is a bug of some sort with single player being raided shouldn't be this frequent

I agree its a bit obsessive, Virginia with a handgun helps, but recently she has decided to start going away and I get screwed trying to fight off groups, especially when you have gold mask dudes that take 12 arrows and kill you anyways lol.

You need to kill the camps. The AI is progressive and will only patrol to your base after establishing their camps.

I've killed the camps multiple times and have not noticed that there are less attacks.

I don't get frequent attacks but I keep putting heads on stakes around my base, every now and then ill get a group of 5 decide to try to raid me but grenades and the fire axe make quick work of them.

The more you cut down trees and the more enemies you kill will have the game hurl more of those pets your way. Find their camps and destroy them, This helps a lot in keeping the numbers down, allowing you to get more done.

How do you give her things? So far she just gives me food, sits inside my house and bathes in my lake lol.
