Allow UI to be semi-transparent

I own Dells QD-OLED AW3423DW monitor. I'm fully aware of the shortcomings of OLED in terms of burn-in / image retention so whenever possible I try to either hide or made HUD elements semi-transparent to reduce this risk.

Unfortunately Son's of the Forest used bold, bright HUD elements with no option to fully hide or change the opacity and after a 2 hour play session I had signs of temporary image retention from the HUD.

Fortunately this cleared up after about 20 mins but I'm now conscious of the fact this will continue to happen when playing.

Is there any way to either fully hide or change the opacity of the HUD? If not, can this be added in an update for those who are using the new QD-OLED monitors.
