how is this game made in unity , the graphics is amazing and performance is smooth , ive never had this with a unity game before ,

Unity is a great engine man. It's just more geared for mechanics (things like physics) more so than visuals. Which basically means that it's always been possible to achieve great visuals with it, it's just harder than it is in unreal.

Unity is closely competitive to unreal, both engines can look and perform amazing when you utilize all their features. Although, I do think UE5 may have a upcoming advantage with their new lumen/nanite technology.

Unity responded to that recently with a technology they teased. It's pretty impressive.

Yes, the performance is great - only had one minor fps drop when opening my inventory, but i closed it and reopened and it went away.
