Winter jacket

In deperate need of a winter jacket. According to the map (and all guides I've found) it should spawn inside a tent by a lake south of the crash site. But when I go there, all I find is a tactical jacket. Is there any alternative spawn, or alternative warm clothing?

I found it and it's useless really... I still froze to half stamina bar...

As of now, no real reason to get it, it doesn't work like others have said

you cannot prevent cold anymore like before with the warmsuit. only wet can be prevented with the diver suit.

only way to prevent cold is to stay inside. or just live inside a bunker till winter ends. it only lasts 6 days anyway unless you set season length to REALISTIC.
