stutters on HDD
are any improvements planned to make the game more playable on HDD?

The problem with HDD is that they're just slow.

Many games now require a SSD to not witness stutter.

New games like Cyberpunk tend to have HDD modes now, which makes some changes to asset loading that decreases stuttering. Maybe they could add something like that. It sucks not being able to play with friends who have HDD drive.

Yes, and then you can see, what is actually affected in CP? Its a very intensive feature to implement, and its very hard to implement to make it working too because you have to deal with the problems of having a zillion hdd variations,.

Most developers wont waste time on this.

You wont get the same experience on SSD.


SSD's are cheap now. There's really no excuse to not have one. Steam also allows backign up off games too so if you're primairly playing this game for instance, put it on your SSD, and then if done playing for now but you would like to keep it installed, back it up on your HDD install folder.
