Many games now require a SSD to not witness stutter.
Most developers wont waste time on this.
You wont get the same experience on SSD.
SSD's are cheap now. There's really no excuse to not have one. Steam also allows backign up off games too so if you're primairly playing this game for instance, put it on your SSD, and then if done playing for now but you would like to keep it installed, back it up on your HDD install folder.
