I mean you can, there is an achievement for that, but I don't know if it actually does something.

On how to get it, I don't exactly know... just be around her.

I didn't do anything out of the ordinary to get it, am on day 17 (or was when i unlocked). She wasn't even near me when it happened.

I got it randomly tonight but nobody else thats playing it with me got it so i have no idea

For anyone curious, ignore the quoted response, it isn't at all accurate. Just play the game and spend time with Virginia and you should be good.

IIRC I didn't get it until I gave her alternate clothing to wear. But as others have said, accepting gifts and following her to an item when she asks also likely helps. Maybe giving her guns and a locator too.

I got full sentiment in day 7. I always accept her gifts and change her outfit everyday. I am usually building and she always comes by to inspect my builds and give me a thumbs up.

It automaticly rise if u not attack her stuff. Doing thing with her only add extra friendship score with her
