Dismantle structures

I wanted to expand my base and that means that I have to destroy/dismantle my bench and so on. I can't seem to find a way of doing it. I can use the C key for buildings and logs but not for things like benches and traps. Is it not possible atm or am I doing smth wrong? Thanks

I find the best way is to make sure building damage is enabled, and hit it with the spear. The spear is more precise in aiming where you are hitting so you're less likely to destroy something else on accident versus swinging an axe.

I thought that structure damage cant be changed mid game and that I turned it on when I first started the game. The reason I couldn't destroy anything was because it was off. Thanks a lot!

I think it off by default.
So with you "turning it on" you turned it off?
