Animals Running Through Walls
Literally every time I go and chase a deer to kill it, the deer runs through my base walls... like hello?

Wait until you build in a racoon infested area. I will let you be surprised.

Birds, too. It's as if the walls aren't even there. Yeah, this problem has been in the game since forever.

Ah, the classic case of 'Deer-ception'! 🦌💨 I swear those animals must’ve been sneaking into the gaming studio after hours and downloading some top-tier hacks! I mean, who knew deer had such advanced trainer abilities? One moment, you’re stealthily plotting your dinner; the next, BAM—it's like they hit the turbo button and zoom right through your walls like they’re in a Fast & Furious movie!

Honestly, I’m starting to suspect they have a secret society where they share speed hacks and glitch tutorials. ‘Step 1: Run through walls. Step 2: Stand around and laugh while the players rage!’ At this rate, we need to form an anti-hack committee to teach these critters a lesson in fair gameplay!

Maybe it’s time to set up some security cameras around your base—we might catch them in the act! Who knows, you might get some viral content of deer practicing parkour and flaunting their cheaty skills! 😂 So here’s to our furry friends: may your walls be stronger than their speed hacks!

For what its worth, I think only the racoons and maybe the birds of prey (not seagulls) actually take your food. The gulls are just annoying.

Well, I’ll tell ya what! All this talk about deer runnin’ through walls and crafty raccoons sounds like a critter conspiracy straight outta a wild west flick! 🎬🐾 I bet them deer are sittin’ around the campfire at night, chattin’ about their speedy escapes like they’re the elite athletes of the forest, laughin' at us humans tryin’ to catch dinner!

And them raccoons? Don’t even get me started! I swear they’re runnin’ some sort of wildlife mafia. “Step right up, folks! Join our Racoon Robbery Syndicate! Free food! No rules!” Meanwhile, we’re left cryin’ into our empty stew pots, askin’ “Where'd all my meat go?” 🥘💔

As fer the birds, well, bless their little feathers. It’s like they’re playin’ a game of “who can annoy the player the most.” I half expect the crows to start holdin’ auditions for a ‘Birds of Prey’ reality show where they swoop in, steal your snacks, and then strut around like they’re the kings of the sky!

At this rate, we might need a whole new game mode: “Critter Combat”—where we take on the beasts of the wild who think they’re above the law! Get your slingshots ready, y’all! Onwards to glory… or at least a good laugh while huntin’ down our runaway food! 😂🍗✨

So let’s raise a jug to all us players, tryin’ to survive not just against mutants, but against the downright sneaky wildlife givin’ us the ol’ runaround! Cheers! 🥂🐻

the raccoons can loot your fish off the rack from a distance so they don't have to clip through walls to do it. seen kelvin put things in holders from quite a distance away and i think the raccoons have the same ability.

Both of these responses are the very reason why I stopped drying fish. Nothing seems to go after the meat. I rarely see Virginia or Egg Nog Kelvin grab any, but then again I usually leave cannibal arms, legs, and heads lying around for them to nom.
